Lifework First Coast is a faith-based leadership development program for influencers in the First Coast that strives to breathe new life into marketplace leaders – equipping and inspiring them to live more intentional, Kingdom-centered lives thus enabling them to become a greater force for God.
This past week, Lifework hosted an event to honor God's leaders in Jacksonville, FL. These featured leaders are either alumni or current participants who will be running for Duval City Council and Sheriff in the upcoming election. Lifework gave these men and women the opportunity to share their stories of how God is using them to impact Jacksonville and Duval County, FL. The MC for the event was Mac McGehee. The leaders running for elected positions are as follows: Photo above- (L-R) Mat Nemeth (Sheriff), Chris Miller (City Council), TK Waters (Sheriff), Lakesha Burton (Sheriff), Nahshon Nicks (City Council). *Not pictured but also a Lifework Alumni that was going to participate but had a scheduling conflict, Ken Jefferson, running for Sheriff).
Chang Industrial wishes each of these candidates the best of luck as they strive to bring Jesus in their public service.
