The Transformational Food Manufacturing Innovation Institute is back for 2017! This time the format will be expanded for a general summit in fall 2017 and two technology focused summits in early 2018. The group been a very successful P3 (public-private partnership) organization in the food & beverage industry since its inception in 2015. Led and founded by Timothy Wei, PhD (Dean of Engineering at University of Nebraska - Lincoln), the TFMW has had 2 industry wide summits. The organization is co-led by UN-L, Georgia Tech, and University of California - Davis. Info on the last 2 years of events is here:

Chang Industrial Principal, Matthew Chang, has been invited to the Advisory Council of the TFMII as it enters its 3rd and most exciting year of existence.
The TFMII looks to solve the macro problems of global nutrition through American leadership, technology, and engineering.
